JUDGE STEVEN BAILEY HONORED TO EARN THE ENDORSEMENT OF THE CALIFORNIA REPUBLICAN VETERANS ASSOCIATION
“Judge Steven Bailey has the experience and qualifications to be our next Attorney General”
ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA – California Republican Veterans Association Chairman, Chuck McDougald, announced Saturday, October 21 the association officially endorsed Judge Steven Bailey (Ret.) for the position of California Attorney General in 2018. “I’m honored to have the support of these heroes who fought valiantly to keep America safe ,” said Judge Steven Bailey, who formerly served in the Marine Corps Reserve. “
“As a Judge on the California Superior Court in El Dorado County, I took the lead in establishing Veterans Court because the last place veterans belong is in the prison system ,” Judge Bailey told the association during their meeting at the California Republican Party Fall 2017 Convention in Anaheim.
Judge Bailey then encouraged the members of the newly-chartered association to campaign for Veterans Court in their communities, saying they would have a very powerful ally in him when elected Attorney General.
“It should be the mission of every public servant at the state, local, and federal level to make sure our veterans, each and every one of them, have access to the resources and programs they need ,” Judge Steven Bailey told the receptive audience.
“Judge Steven Bailey has the experience and qualifications to be our next Attorney General. Judge Bailey loves and respects our flag as exemplified through his work establishing Veterans Court. We need a man of honor and integrity in the Attorney General’s office. Please vote for him ,” stated California Republican Veterans Association Chairman Chuck McDougald, a retired Captain in the U.S. Special Forces.
